பயனாளிகள் SCAகளின் தகுதி வரம்புகளை முழுமையாக நிரப்ப வேண்டும் மற்றும் SCA மூலம் கடன் வழங்குவதற்கான விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளுக்கு இணங்க வேண்டும்.
