மாநில சேனலைசிங் ஏஜென்சிகள் மூலம் யூனிட்டின் தேவையின் அடிப்படையில் கடன்கள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. பயனாளிகள் NSTFDC இன் தகுதி வரம்புகளை முழுமையாக பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டும் மற்றும் SCA மூலம் கடன் வழங்குவதற்கான விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளுக்கு இணங்க வேண்டும்.
